 Insightful information is the key.  Having robust and dynamic knowledge of IT and its interconnections between systems, services and organizations is needed for the question that hasn’t been asked yet, or if it has been asked, not answered.   

 IT Discovery and Modeling Services (ITDAMS) has developed a framework and expertise to meet that goal of answering these questions.  We demonstrate that ability, working in the most complex and heterogeneous environments.

A typical expert says what they discover, how it is done, and describes the details.  Our approach is different. ITDAMS builds a business service baseline, which ties infrastructure and components to business service.  The expectation is that every host should support a business service - we find the hosts in the environment that don’t.  We understand discovery.
